Ice Cream "Pie" - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. Rice Krispies
    1 Tbsp. margarine
    1/2 c. marshmallow cream
    1 qt. vanilla ice cream
    1 qt. strawberries
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 small carton whipped topping
Preparation
    Make crust by melting margarine.
    Stir into marshmallow cream. Stir Rice Krispies into marshmallow cream.
    Press into 9-inch pie pan. Chill in refrigerator at least 1/2 hour. Fill with
    ice cream. Stem strawberries, mash slightly and stir in sugar. Cut pie into wedges and place on serving plates. Spoon berries over the
    top. Top with a spoonful of whipped topping and
    serve immediately.
    Makes
    6 servings.
    (Any other fresh fruit may be used.)
