Garlic Cheese Grits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. quick cooking grits
    4 c. water
    1 tsp. salt
    1 (6 oz) tube garlic cheese
    1/2 c. margarine
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. milk
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
    Cook grits in salted water. Cut cheese into small pieces and stir into hot grits.
    Add margarine and cool.
    Beat eggs with milk, and slowly stir into grits.
    Pour into 1 1/2 qt. greased casserole dish.
    Bake for 1 hour.
