Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

5 to 6 c. chunk chicken
1 c. sour cream
12 tortilla shells, shredded
1 c. mayonnaise
1 can black olives
1 small can chopped green chilies
3 c. cheese (any kind)
Preparation

Cook potatoes and place in baking dish with cubed ham pieces. Make a cream sauce with the potato liquid, milk, butter and flour. Pour over potatoes and ham.
(You may add cheese and peas if desired.)
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes or until brown.
