Traditional Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 9-inch unbaked pastry shell
    1 16-oz. can pumpkin, about 2 c.
    1 14-oz. can sweetened condensed milk
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
    In large mixer bowl, combine all ingredients and mix well.
    Pour into pastry shell and bake 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 35-40 minutes longer, or until center tests done; cool.
    Garnish with whipped cream and refrigerate any leftovers.
