Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 2/3 c. macaroni
1 Tbsp. chopped onions (optional)
3 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. flour
3/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 3/4 to 2 c. milk
2 c. shredded cheese
Preparation
-
Cook onion with margarine until tender.
Blend in flour, salt and pepper.
Add milk, stirring constantly until thickened.
Add cheese.
Put in buttered casserole dish.
Bake uncovered at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
