Gingersnaps - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. Crisco
    1 c. sugar
    4 Tbsp. molasses
    2 eggs
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking soda
Preparation
    Beat Crisco, sugar, molasses and eggs until fluffy.
    Combine dry ingredients together and add to molasses mixture.
    Roll into 1 inch balls and then roll in granulated sugar.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes.
