Chicken Chip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. cooked chicken, diced
    1 c. celery, sliced
    2 tsp. onions, chopped
    1/2 c. almonds, chopped
    1 1/2 c. cooked rice
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    3/4 c. mayonnaise
    1/4 c. sour cream
    3 hard-cooked eggs, chopped
    crushed potato chips
Preparation
    Precook celery in 1/2 cup water for 8 to 15 minutes.
    Mix first 9 ingredients (and celery water) in large bowl.
    Mix mayonnaise and sour cream together and add to first mixture; add and stir in eggs.
    Pour into greased 9-inch square pan and top with crushed potato chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 35 minutes.
