Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. zucchini, sliced
    2 carrots, grated or sliced
    1 small onion
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge herb stuffing
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Parboil zucchini, carrots and onion.
    Add stuffing.
    Mix soup and cream together.
    Sprinkle some stuffing and butter on top. Bake at 350\u00b0 together for 25 to 30 minutes.
