Swedish Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. ground chuck
1 medium onion, chopped
1 c. bread crumbs
1 large can (family size) or 2 cans mushroom soup
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 Tbsp. nutmeg
Preparation

Form meat, onion, breadcrumbs, salt and pepper into balls. Cook in frying pan or bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes (or until brown through).
Transfer to large saucepan. Add soup and nutmeg.
Cook over low heat until sauce is hot.
(If a thinner sauce is desired, add milk to dilute.)
