Barlena Cronzer - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 hard-boiled egg yolks
    4 raw egg yolks
    8 Tbsp. sugar
    1 lb. sweet butter
    6 c. flour
    raw egg whites
    sugar
Preparation
    Put cooked egg yolks through a sieve and mix with raw egg yolks.
    Cream sugar and butter together.
    Add to egg yolk mixture and beat with mixer until well blended.
    Add flour and mix well. Form into small balls; dip in raw egg whites and roll in sugar. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes or until golden brown.
