Potato Filling - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. hot mashed potatoes
1 Tbsp. minced parsley
1 egg, beaten
2 Tbsp. melted butter
1 minced onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning
1 qt. stale bread
1/2 c. diced celery
pinch of pepper
Preparation
-
Mix together the potatoes and egg.
Soak bread in cold water; squeeze dry.
Add to potato mixture; stir in other ingredients and mix well.
