Cheryl'S Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. butter
    3 medium potatoes (dice into large chunks)
    1 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. olive oil
    1 medium onion (sliced)
Preparation
    Melt butter and saut garlic in pan on medium heat.
    Add olive oil and allow it to heat up.
    Then add potatoes to pan and cook on medium to low heat for 10 minutes, covered.
    Add sliced onion to pan and lower heat to low and simmer for 10 to 15 minutes, covered. Cook until potatoes and onion are tender.
    Onions can be added sooner depending on how much you want them to cook down.
    Serves 2 to 3 people.
