Poor Man'S Lobster - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 gal. water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. salt
    lemon butter
    parsley flakes
    2 to 3 lb. fresh or frozen halibut
Preparation
    Cut halibut into 1 to 2-inch cubes.
    Bring water, salt and sugar to a boil (a good rolling boil).
    Put halibut into water. When it floats to top, remove and serve with lemon butter and parsley.
