Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    24 oz. pkg. chopped broccoli, cooked and drained
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 egg, slightly beaten
    1 small onion, chopped
    1 c. grated cheese
    1/2 stick oleo
    1/2 pkg. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix
Preparation
    Mix first five ingredients in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish. Melt 1/2 stick oleo in pan.
    Add 1/2 package Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing mix.
    Top casserole with cheese and crumbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    After time is up, I crush about 1 cup of fried onion rings on top and bake another 5 minutes.
