Broiled Pork Chops - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 to 6 pork chops (1/2-inch thick)
dash of Worcestershire each chop
onion rings
1 pat margarine (each chop)
salt and pepper to taste
green pepper rings
Preparation

Broil chops for 4 to 5 minutes.
Turn; add margarine, Worcestershire, salt and pepper.
Top with onion and pepper rings. Broil until tender.
