Peacheasy Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pt. cottage cheese (small curd)
1 (No. 2 1/2) can sliced peaches, drained
1 pkg. whipped topping mix
1 pkg. (3 oz.) raspberry gelatin
1/4 c. maraschino cherries (optional)
Preparation

In large bowl place half the cottage cheese, half the peaches (which have been cut into bite-sized pieces), half the whipped cream (prepared according to directions) and half the dry gelatin. Repeat the procedure.
Fold all together gently.
Add cherries. Chill before serving.
