Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large can sweet potatoes
1 large can crushed pineapple
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. coconut
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 Tbsp. margarine
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
Preparation

Make sauce from juice from pineapple and potatoes.
Add sugar, coconut, nutmeg, margarine and cornstarch.
Cook until thickens. Place potatoes in baking dish.
Pour sauce over potatoes.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 to 45 minutes.
