Ingredients

1/2 pkg. (small) lemon jello or 4 Tbsp.
1 c. diced celery
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. cooked chicken, cut in small pieces
dash of cayenne
crisp lettuce
1 c. boiling chicken broth
1 pimento, chopped fine or small jar, diced
1 Tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. whipped cream
Preparation

Dissolve jello in boiling broth and chill.
When it is slightly thickened, beat with rotary beater.
Combine all ingredients except whipped cream and fold into jello.
Now fold in cream and chill.
Serve on crisp lettuce.
Garnish with sliced stuffed olives.
