Friendship Sourdough Bread(Starter) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. dry active yeast
    1/2 c. lukewarm water
    2 c. warm water
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    2 1/2 Tbsp. plain flour
Preparation
    Combine yeast with the 1/2 cup warm water. Combine 2 cups warm water, sugar and flour.
    Add yeast mixture.
    Let set in a glass jar, covered with a cloth, for 5 days. After 5 days, put into refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. Take out and feed with a potato feed.
    (Share the starter with a friend.
    Make 2 starters at one time and give one to a friend.)
