Hearty Oat And Walnut Bread - cooking recipe

3 to 3 1/2 c. Gold Medal Better For Bread flour
1/2 c. quick cooking oats
1/4 c. packed brown sugar
1 Tbsp. margarine or butter
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 pkg. active dry yeast
1 1/4 c. very warm water (120~ to 130~)
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
margarine or butter, softened
Preparation

Mix 1 1/2 cups of the flour, the oats, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon margarine, salt and yeast in large bowl.
Stir in water; beat on medium speed 2 minutes, scraping bowl occasionally. Stir in walnuts and enough of the remaining flour to make dough easy to handle.
Knead on lightly floured surface 5 minutes. Place in greased bowl; turn greased side up.
