Shrimp Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 med. Onion, Diced
    1 Small Carrot, Diced
    1/8 stick Butter
    1 tsp. Pepper
    1 1/2 Cup Water
    1/3 Cup of Celery, Diced
    2 Potatoes, Cut 1/4 Inch Thick
    Dash of Garlic Powder
    2 Cups of Milk
    1 Tbsp. Floury Cornstarch
    1 Lb. Diced Shrimp
Preparation
    Saute butter and onions.
    Add carrots, celery, salt, pepper, water, and potatoes until tender.
    Mix milk and flour.
    Add and stir to thicken.
    Add shrimp, clams, lobster, etc.
