Warm Dressing For Lettuce - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 strips bacon
1 egg, beaten
4 Tbsp. vinegar
4 Tbsp. sugar

Preparation

Fry bacon slowly until brown and crispy.
Drain and crumble bacon.
Add to mixture of egg, vinegar and sugar.
Heat until mixture boils and thickens.
Fold lightly over lettuce or your favorite greens.
