Ingredients

3 c. cake flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. milk
1 1/2 c. Crisco
2 1/2 c. sugar
5 eggs
1 c. Angel Flake coconut
1 Tbsp. coconut flavoring
Preparation

Cream
Crisco
and sugar 10 minutes.
Add eggs one at a time, beating after each.
Sift flour, baking powder and salt together. Add
alternately
with
milk.
Stir
in coconut and flavoring. Put in cold oven and bake 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
