Low-Fat Dip For Veggies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 oz. low-fat cottage cheese
1/2 packet Hidden Valley Original seasoning mix
2 Tbsp. skim milk
Preparation

Blend in blender until smooth.
Use as a dip for celery, carrots, cauliflower, peppers, etc.
One-quarter cup has 2 grams of fat.
Skim with more milk and use as a high protein salad dressing.
