Curried Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breasts
    1/4 c. diced onions
    1/2 c. diced green peppers
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1 clove minced garlic
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    16 oz. canned tomatoes
    rice
    1/4 c. butter
Preparation
    Cube and coat chicken in seasoned flour.
    Brown in 1/4 cup butter.
    Remove chicken; place in casserole.
    Saute onions, green peppers, thyme, garlic and curry powder in drippings.
    Add tomatoes; simmer a few minutes.
    Add chicken to sauce.
    Bake, uncovered, for 30 minutes at 350\u00b0.
    Serve over rice.
