Hearty Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. butter
    1 medium carrot, diced
    1/4 c. onion, chopped
    2 Tbsp. flour
    6 medium potatoes, peeled, cooked and diced
    2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
    1 qt. milk
    1 cube chicken bouillon
    1 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Melt butter in large saucepan.
    Add carrots and onions; cook until tender.
    Blend in flour; when bubbly, gradually stir in milk and bouillon cube.
    When slightly thickened, add half of the potatoes.
    Mash remaining potatoes and add with parsley and seasonings.
    Serve steaming hot with a pat of butter.
