Spinach Tarts(Makes 8 Servings) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 pastry tart shells, baked and cooled
    1 Tbsp. powdered salad dressing mix
    1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
    2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    1 c. sour cream
    1 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation
    Cook the spinach and drain as dry as possible.
    Put drained spinach over low heat and add cheese and oleo.
    Stir and melt these ingredients.
    Add Hidden Valley powder and sour cream.
    Stir until completely mixed.
    Spoon the spinach mixture into the tart shells, mounding it up.
    Garnish with pimiento strips, mushroom caps or grated Parmesan.
