Pink Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 small can crushed pineapple
    1 c. sugar
    8 oz. Cool Whip
    nuts
    coconut
    1 small pkg. strawberry jello
    1 small carton cottage cheese
Preparation
    Bring pineapple, jello and sugar to a boil.
    Cool.
    Add cottage cheese and Cool Whip.
    Sprinkle with nuts and coconut. Refrigerate until set.
