Sweet And Sour Chicken - cooking recipe

1 (8 oz.) bottle Russian dressing
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix
1 (10 oz.) jar apricot preserves
2 whole cut up chickens or 8 breasts
Preparation

Combine dressing, soup mix and preserves.
Pour over chicken in shallow pan.
Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
Baste several times. Serve on hot rice.
