Classic Lasagne - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 medium onion
    1/4 c. bell pepper (optional)
    1 tsp. oregano leaves
    1/2 tsp. dried basil leaves
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. black pepper
    1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste plus equal amount water
    1 (16 oz.) can tomatoes plus equal amount water
    1 (8 oz.) container Ricotta cheese
    1 c. Mozzarella cheese
    1 c. shredded medium Cheddar cheese
    10 oz. lasagne noodles
    1/2 c. shredded Parmesan cheese
    pepperoni slices (optional)
Preparation
    Brown meat, onion and bell pepper.
    Add next 6 ingredients and simmer for 45 minutes.
    Cook noodles in salted water with 1 tablespoon of margarine until tender.
    Alternate layers of noodles, sauce and cheese in a large baking dish.
    Top with 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese and pepperoni.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Remove from oven and wait for 10 minutes before serving.
