Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box Stove Top stuffing
    1 stick butter, melted
    1 c. grated or chopped onion
    1 c. grated carrots
    5 c. grated zucchini
    1 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of mushroom or chicken soup
    salt and pepper to taste
    8 oz. Cheddar cheese, grated
Preparation
    Put 1/2 stuffing in bottom of 9 x 13-inch cake pan.
    Drizzle with 1/2 melted butter and 1/2 herb mixture.
    Spread zucchini on top of stuffing, then spread carrots, then onions.
    Mix soup and sour cream; spread over vegetables.
    Top with cheese, then cover with remainder of stuffing, butter and herbs.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes or longer, if needed.
