Mickey Mantle'S Butter Baked Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 cut up fryer
1 1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 c. flour
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 can cream of chicken soup
1/4 c. water
1/4 c. butter
Preparation

Dip pieces of chicken into 1/2 cup of milk, then roll in mixture of flour, salt and pepper.
Melt butter in baking dish. Put chicken in pan skin side down.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
