Great Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 medium potatoes, cubed (red skinned, unpeeled)
    1/2 c. mayonnaise
    3 Tbsp. prepared mustard
    1/4 tsp. seasoned salt
    3 c. assorted vegetables, cut up (broccoli, celery, tomato, onion)
Preparation
    Cook potatoes in boiling water about 12 minutes or until tender but firm; drain. In large bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and salt. Stir until blended well. Add potatoes and vegetables; toss lightly until well coated. Cover and chill several hours to blend flavors. Serves 8.
