French Salad Dressing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. coarsely ground pepper
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/2 tsp. sugar
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
2 Tbsp. chopped onion
2/3 c. white vinegar
1/4 tsp. dried tarragon
1/3 c. catsup
1 c. oil
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a blender container.
Blend first on medium, then on high speed until creamy.
Store in a covered glass jar, refrigerated.
Keeps well for 2 weeks or more.
Shake well before serving.
