Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. sausage, crumbled, cooked and drained
2 c. milk
1 tsp. mustard
1 tsp. salt
2 slices white bread, cubed (may use croutons)
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
6 eggs
Preparation

Grease/spray 9 x 13 baking pan and put bread in bottom of pan. Beat eggs; add milk, mustard and salt and mix. Alternate layers of sausage and cheese on bread cubes. Pour egg mixture over sausage and cheese. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake, uncovered, at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
