Fast Fudge Frosting - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. powdered sugar, sifted (3 1/2 c.)
    1/2 c. cocoa
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. boiling water
    1/3 c. butter or margarine, softened
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Combine sugar, cocoa and salt.
    Add water and butter and blend.
    Add vanilla.
    Frosts top and sides of two 8 or 9-inch layers.
