Cornsticks Or Corn Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. self-rising corn meal
1 Tbsp. sugar
1 egg
1 1/4 c. sweet milk
3 Tbsp. butter, melted
3 Tbsp. oil
Preparation

Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
Mix together egg, milk, butter and oil.
Add, all at once, to dry ingredients.
Pour batter into hot, greased pan, filling about 2/3 full.
Put in oven.
Bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
Bake corn bread in a shallow pan.
