Rhubarb Custard Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 unbaked pie shell
2 cups cut rhubarb
2 eggs
1/2 Tbsp. salt
1-1/2 cups sugar
1 Tbsp. each of flour and butter
Preparation

Put cut rhubarb in pie shell.
Beat eggs, salt, sugar and flour until creamy.
Pour over rhubarb.
Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
