Ingredients

1 roll refrigerated sugar cookies
1 (8 oz.) fat free cream cheese
1/3 c. Splenda
1/2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Cut cookie dough into 1/8 inch slices and line pizza pan. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 12 minutes or until brown. Let cool. Then mix together cream cheese, Splenda and vanilla. When ready to serve, top with fresh strawberries, bananas, pineapple, blueberries, etc. (your choice). Make sure to dip bananas in lemon juice to keep them from browning.
About 140 calories and 5 grams of fat.
