Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. melted butter or margarine
    1/4 c. canola oil
    1/3 c. chopped parsley
    2 Tbsp. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 tsp. thyme
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 large unpared potatoes
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 400\u00b0.
    Grease a 10-inch round baking dish (2 inches deep).
    Combine melted butter, oil, parsley, cheese, thyme and salt in small bowl.
    Cut potatoes in 1/4-inch slices.
    Overlap 1/2 the slices in prepared dish.
    Spoon on 1/2 the butter mixture. Repeat the layers.
    Bake in preheated oven for 45 minutes.
