Irish Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 medium potatoes
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped celery
    1/4 c. grated carrots
    1/2 c. chicken broth
    1/4 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt (optional)
    1 Tbsp. margarine, melted
    2 c. skim milk
    fresh parsley for garnish
Preparation
    Peel and cube fine the potatoes.
    In a 2-quart pot or microwave dish, steam all vegetables with broth and salt until tender.
    Combine flour, margarine and milk in a shaker container. Stir into vegetables, bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 10 minutes.
