Baked Beef Stew - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. beef stew meat
    1 c. canned tomatoes or more
    6 carrots, cut in strips
    3 medium potatoes, quartered
    1/2 c. sliced celery
    1 medium onion, sliced and separated into rings
    3 Tbsp. quick cooking tapioca
    1 slice bread, crumbled
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients and bake in a 3-quart casserole for 3 1/2 hours at 350\u00b0.
