Chicken Gai-Tao(Also Known As Chicken With Peaches) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 chicken breast pieces, with skin and fat removed
2 beef bouillon cubes
2 c. Minute rice
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 Tbsp. margarine or butter
2 c. water
1 can peaches, drained
1/4 c. coconut
Preparation

In a saucepot, place the bouillon cubes, soy sauce and water. Bring to a boil.
Add rice, cover and set aside.
Brown chicken in margarine until lightly brown on both sides.
Place the rice in a baking dish.
Place chicken and pan drippings on top of rice. Bake (covered tightly) at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes or until chicken is tender.
Arrange peaches on top.
Sprinkle with coconut.
Put back in oven (covered) for 10 to 15 minutes (until peaches are warm).
