Korean Flank Steak - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 piece flank steak, tenderized twice
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    2 stalks green onion, chopped
    1 egg, well beaten
    minced garlic
    flour
    oil (for frying)
Preparation
    Marinate steak in soy sauce, sugar and garlic for 30 minutes. Coat with flour and dip into egg mixture with green onions.
    Fry in hot oil.
    Brown both sides.
    Cover with foil; place in oven at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes.
    Bake on rack to let juices drain while cooking.
