Turnip Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    12 turnips
    1 stick butter
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    salt and pepper to taste
    Ritz crackers, crushed
Preparation
    Boil turnips; drain well.
    Combine turnips, butter, sugar and salt.
    Run through blender.
