Homemade Pickle - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 thin sliced cucumbers
1 cup thin sliced onion
1 cup thin sliced bell pepper
1 cup red vinegar
2 cups sugar
1/2 tsp. celery seed
1 teaspoon salt
Preparation

Sprinkle salt over sliced cucumbers, onion, bell pepper.
Cover and keep in refrigerator for 2-3 days.
Drain, add vinegar sugar and celery seed.
(Do not cook.)
Mix well - keep in refrigerator.
