Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. soft margarine
1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. sour milk
2 1/2 c. flour
4 Tbsp. cocoa
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ground cloves (optional)
1/2 to 1 c. semi-sweet chocolate bits
2 c. finely grated zucchini
Preparation

Cream together margarine, oil and sugar.
Add eggs, vanilla and milk.
Beat well.
Mix in flour, cocoa, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon and cloves.
Stir in zucchini.
Pour into a 9 x 13-inch pan, greased and floured.
Sprinkle top with chocolate bits.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
(This cake is very rich and needs no additional icing.
Just sprinkle the top with confectioners sugar after the cake cools.)
