Banana Carrot Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. mashed bananas (2 to 3 bananas)
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. salad oil
    2 eggs
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 c. finely grated raw carrot
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Combine banana, sugar, oil and eggs in a large bowl.
    Beat with mixer for 2 minutes.
    Sift together flour, soda, salt and cinnamon.
    Fold into banana mixture.
    Stir in carrots and nuts. Spoon into a greased and floured 9 x 5 x 3-inch loaf
    pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 to 60 minutes.
    Cool in pan 10 minutes.
    Remove from pan and cool on wire rack.
    Wrap.
    Store overnight before cutting.
