Scalloped Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. cheese, cubed
    1/2 c. milk
    3 c. sliced potatoes
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Mix soup, milk, cheese, onion and pepper; heat until cheese melts.
    In a 2-quart dish, layer potatoes and soup; cover.
    Bake at 300\u00b0 for 1 hour.
