Ingredients

4 Tbsp. unsweetened cocoa
6 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. cornstarch
2 c. skim milk
Preparation

Mix cocoa, sugar and cornstarch in a saucepan.
Stir in milk, gradually with wooden spoon, while cooking on low heat until pudding thickens.
Use wire whisk to prevent lumps.
Makes 4 to 6 servings.
